1. Remove Back Cover


2.Verify its a HUAWEI E5573Cs-609 Mifi Model


3. Unscrew the back cover to access the PCB


4. You have to short the pin and the metal cover of the board to be able to get into recovery mode


5. After that, Inserting Battery, and connect USB Data Cable But Don't Connect to PC yet!!!
6. Using A pair of Tweezersor a wire, short the two points and at the same time connect mifi to PC using USB data cable, doing this successfully the Mifi will Boot into recovery mode and connect with PC


7. Once Connected Install all Drivers in the link bellow and procced to step 8
(MAKE SURE YOU INSTALL ALL DRIVERS FOR THIS TO WORK

8. go to the folder " Using Balong Tool" from the downloaded files and open  the balong.exe tool to be able to detect device and boot into download mode.....
9. Click on detect and if all drivers are installed correctly, Balong usb downloader will be able to detect on COM #: HUAWEI Mobile Connect - 3G PC UI Interface . if it shows something different then go back and install drivers again. or short boot it again to get drivers to install

10.  click on load in the balong Tool and locate the "Using Balng Tool" folder and select the file "E5573Susbloader.bin" binery file and click on load to enter into download mode

11. Once Loaded. and finished the mifi lights with start to flash indicating that its in download mode, if os, close balong usb download and go back to the folder '03 - Downgrading Firmware' and run the downgrade.exe
12. Once downgrade is done, go back to the 04 - Upgrading Firmware folder and upgrade to the original firmware

13. The after that you can install the new web interface preferably the Huawei interface, if you get error code 10. you will find the error code fix in the provided files (windows 7 users)
error code 10 (windows 8/10 users) if the error code 10 fix dont work, disconnect from internet you are connected on, reinstall drivers again and insert a sim card in the mifi and install the web interface.

14. At this point you will lose your serial number, and IMEI number. go to the "2 - Restore Device IMEI and Serial Number" folder and use the DC unlocker to restore SN And IMEI number.
detect modem in the DC unlocker and enter the following commands ( instructions included in the readme text.in the "2 - Restore Device IMEI and Serial Number" folder. Your IMEI and serial number are found at the bottom of the battery of your Mifi
